All signals are transmitted to our local central station. After signals are received one of our trained personnel operators have emergency monitoring information in which to follow. In most procedures, operator calls premises, customer gives password or passcode then operator discusses signals received and makes sure customer is ok.

REQUIRED PERMITS
Most cities require subscribers, residential and commercial, to call your local police departments for an alarm permit application. In some cities these permits are required before police will respond to a dispatch by our monitoring station.
